The Business and Decision Analyst will be responsible for driving the design and development of analytical solutions leveraging the SAP BusinessObjects product suite. The role will include working with clients to determine the strategic use of information, designing and demonstrating prototypes, and implementing market leading solutions.
Skills and Experience for Success:
- 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with business process knowledge
- 3-4 years of experience in data and decision analytics
- Experience with Excel data analysis, report development and dashboard design
- Project management experience
- Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Edge BI tools preferred
- Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for startup environment
- Ability to interact with senior managers and executives of client companies
- Proven track record designing and implementing change in complex businesses
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
